  • Booking Information
    We are so excited to be able to share these memories with you all for the 2024 Christmas season. Fees: $65 (Includes tg christmas USB) What's Included: Santa photo sessions are 10 minutes whilst sensitive & pet sessions are 15 minutes long taking photo's with/without Santa. 5 minutes for transferring all photos taken from the photo shoot onto a tg christmas USB stick (unedited). During this time, kids will receive a candy cane each (pending approval) and have some time to talk with Santa. General Information: Please aim to arrive 5 minutes prior to your session to book in and finalise any owing payments. If you are running late, please call us immediately on 0419 835 158 and advise of the situation. Pending on the time and other sessions around yours, we may need to take this time out of your session to ensure other bookings are ran on time. If you show up 15 minutes after your start booking time, you will be required to re-book and pay again. Pet Photos - There will be specific dates for these special occasions: Please note** Due to personal reasons, Santa won't be able to hold any pets this year** Tg Christmas staff will do their best to get the perfect smiles, however if the child/children/pet(s) do not co-operate there will be no refund. A max capacity of 5 participants per photo session. This can be 5 children, 3 children and 2 adults, 3 pets and 2 adults etc. We have a few different headband props that can be incorporated into the photo's, if you have any of your own, please feel free to bring them. After each session all props used will be sanitized before welcoming the next client. It is the parent(s)/guardian(s) responsibility to ensure all kids/pets co-operate for the session.
  • When do bookings open?
    Bookings have now commenced ready for November & December sessions. Opening November 8th - December 23rd. We're excited to see some familiar and new faces this year!
  • How do I book a Santa Photo Session?
    Booking are all done online via our website. Please read the below instructions on how to proceed. At the top of the page click 'Santa Photos' this will take you to a list of services that tg christmas offer. Click 'Book Now' on the suitable session which you would like to proceed with. Click on any suitable available time slot, then click on 'Next'. **Pet photo days will be on specific dates, please ensure you are booking for the correct dates. You can find these on the FAQ page under 'Booking Information'. Fill out the details required *Please check that all details are correct before proceeding* then click 'Pay Now' You will soon receive an email of a booking confirmation. 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will receive a text message confirming your booking session.
  • How many family members can I have per booking?
    Our studio is not large enough to cater for larger families, so we recommend have having no more than 5 per booked session. Alternatively, please give us a call on 0419 835 158 to discuss if you have more than 5 participants, and we can see what we can do.
  • Do I need to make an appointment to have my photo taken?
    Yes, bookings are essential as spots are limited. If you cannot find a session available that suits your needs, please give us a call on 0419 835 158 or send us an email admin@tgchristmas.com.au and we will see what we can do to help make those special memories.
  • Why book with tg christmas?

We're all about making each session as stress-free as possible, with easy on-site parking and no long waiting lines. All high-quality photos will be uploaded to a TG Christmas USB for you to take home on the same day, unedited, so you can relive the magic immediately. We would love for families to start a tradition with TG Christmas, creating memories that will last a lifetime with Santa. This isn’t your typical Santa photo session; it’s a Christmas experience your children will cherish and eagerly look forward to year after year!
  • Where will the Santa Photo's take place?
    Santa Photos will be located in Greta, NSW. Maitland to Greta - approx. 25 minutes Newcastle to Greta - approx. 55 minutes Cessnock/Singleton to Greta - approx. 20 minutes Bookings are essential, which you can do online via our website.
  • What is Sensitive Santa?
    Our Sensitive Santa sessions offer a magical, inclusive Santa photo experience designed specifically for children with sensory sensitivities, autism, or other special needs. We create a quieter, calming, and welcoming environment, with reduced lighting and minimal background noise, allowing children to enjoy the wonder of meeting Santa without the overwhelming stimuli found in traditional settings. Our gentle, patient Santa takes extra time to ensure each child feels comfortable and secure. Each Sensitive session lasts approximately 15 minutes—with 10 minutes dedicated to capturing beautiful photos, with/without Santa, and 5 minutes to upload these unedited moments onto a TG Christmas USB stick. During this time, your child will receive a candy cane (with your permission) and have some extra time with Santa in a relaxed, comforting space. Booking your private Sensitive Santa session is simple—just visit our website, navigate to the “Sensitive Santa” section under 'Santa Photos,' and choose from the available dates and times. Online booking guarantees a private, stress-free encounter, ensuring every child experiences the joy of Christmas in a way that’s comfortable for them.   • What does a Santa Paws photo session involve, and what types of pets are welcome?
    Our Santa Paws photo sessions are designed to capture the magic of Christmas with your furry friends! Each session is 15 minutes —10 minutes for taking photos with and without Santa, using fun props, and 5 minutes to upload the unedited photos onto a Tg Christmas USB. Please ensure you arrive 5 minutes before your session. We welcome a variety of pets, including dogs, cats, and rabbits. All pets must be washed, groomed, and kept on a leash or in a carrier for the duration of the session. We allow a maximum of 3 pets per session. While Santa loves animals, he won’t be able to hold any pets during the session. Our team will do their best to capture the perfect shot, but please note there are no refunds if your pet is uncooperative.
  • What if there is no availabilities?
    If all the sessions have been booked out or you can't find one that suits, please give us a call on 0419 835 158 or email us at admin@tgchristmas.com.au and we can see what we can do to ensure you still get some photos with Santa.
  • I didn't receive a confirmation email when I booked?
    We’re sorry to hear that! Please follow these steps before reaching out to us: Check your spam or junk folder, as the confirmation email may have been filtered there. Verify whether the payment was processed by checking your bank account. If you can’t find the confirmation email and no payment has been deducted, unfortunately, your booking did not go through, and you will need to book again. If the payment was taken but you still didn’t receive an email, please contact us atadmin@tgchristmas.com.au with your contact details, the session you booked, and the date and time of your booking. We’ll respond as quickly as possible. If your booking is for the following day, please call us directly at 0419 835 158 for urgent assistance.
  • How long do I have to wait to receive my photos?
    5 minutes! All photos taken during your session will be uploaded onto a tg christmas USB. We have allowed this time within your booking to help save you waiting around.
  • Can I bring my own USB?
    Unfortunately our staff cannot accept external USBs due to cyber safety precautions. This helps to allow our equipment and all our customer Santa Photos to be safe. When booking a photo session, the price already includes the cost of our custom tg christmas USB. If you would like to purchase more, you're more than welcomed to with an additional $10 per USB.
  • I lost my USB, do you keep a copy of the photos?
    We only keep the photos for a total of 7 days after your session. If you've lost your USB with all your photos within those 7 days, we are happy to transfer all photos taken onto a new USB for $10.00 Unfortunately, if you've lost the USB containing all the images after the 7 days, we don't keep copies and aren't able to provide you a copy.
  • Can I have my photos printed at tg christmas?
    Unfortunately we do not offer printing services, however you're more than welcome to take your USB to a local printing facility where they'll be able to assist further.
  • What happens if I arrive early or late?
    If arriving more than 5 minutes early, please wait in your car until your session is about to start. If running late, please call us immediately on 0419 835 158 and advise of the situation. Pending on the time and other sessions around yours, we may need to take this time out of your session to ensure other bookings are ran on time. If you show up 15 minutes after your start booking time, you will be required to re-book and pay again.
  • I have booked a Santa Photo session and would like to change to a Pet session, how can I change the booking?
    If you would like to change your booking, please contact us immediately as pet sessions are limited and we will do our best to help arrange a new booking pending availability. Phone: 0419 835 158 Email: admin@tgchristmas.com.au
  • Booking Cancellations, Refunds, Rescheduling
    Here at TG Christmas, we understand circumstances can change. You can reschedule your appointment at any time (subject to availability). If you are running late, please call us immediately and advise of the situation. Pending on the time and other sessions around yours, we may need to take this time out of your session to ensure other bookings are ran on time. If you miss your appointment, unfortunately you forfeit the cost amount and will be required to re-book and pay again. If you want to cancel your appointment provided 24 hours notice has been provided, we are happy to either reschedule the appointment (subject to availability) or offer a store credit.   • How will my recipient receive their gift voucher from TG Christmas?
    When you purchase a gift voucher from Tg Christmas, your recipient will receive it electronically via email. The email will include a unique voucher code, the value of the voucher, and a personalised message from you, if you choose to include one. This ensures that your recipient gets their gift promptly and can easily redeem it on our online store, accessing a curated selection of wonderful gifts. Our commitment is to make "Gifting made easy," and electronic delivery ensures both speed and convenience.
  • When does my gift voucher expire?
    Tg Christmas gift vouchers do not expire.
  • How much is postage?
    Tg Christmas will ensure all orders for in-stock items will be dispatched via Australia Post within 24 hours of placing the order Monday - Friday during business hours. ​ Standard Shipping: $10 NSW: (2 - 5 business days) ACT + VIC: (2 - 7 business days) QLD + SA: (4 - 7 business days) TAS + WA + NT: (5 - 15 business days) ​ Express Shipping: $15 NSW: (1 - 4 business days) ACT + VIC: (2 - 4 business days) QLD + SA: (2 - 6 business days) TAS + WA + NT: (2 - 6 business days)​ ​ As we are located in Hunter Valley (Regional), we do not fall under the 'Express Post network' and are not able to guarantee overnight or next day delivery. ​​​ Items purchased within the local area and surrounds of tg christmas can be collected for free during allocated times.
  • Will I get a tracking number?

  • Do you ship Australia wide?
    Yes, we ship Australia wide, however we do not ship internationally at this stage.
  • Are all online items also available in-store?
    Yes. All items you see on the Tg Christmas website will be in store pending availability.
  • The item I want is out of stock, do you re-stock on items?
    We strive to provide our customers with a diverse and exciting selection of products. While we do our best to keep our inventory updated and minimize stock shortages, we do restock on popular items whenever possible, and our inventory management also includes regularly refreshing our offerings with new and popular items. To stay informed about restocks, you can click the "Notify Me" button on the product page to receive an email alert as soon as the item becomes available again. Additionally, you can sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media for updates on new arrivals and restocked items. Your perfect gift may be just a notification away!
  • What is your return policy?
    If you wish to modify your order before it is dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible on 0419 835 158 or email us at admin@tgchristmas.com.au. Modifications are limited to exchanging items for products of equal or greater value. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled for a refund. We accept returns for exchange due to a change of mind, provided items are returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, along with all packaging and labels. Return postage must be paid by the purchaser. Please note that all jewellery items are exempt from exchanges for hygiene reasons. For non-faulty items, returns for exchange are accepted within 30 days of receipt and will be eligible for store credit only. All returns must be pre-approved, and unapproved returns will not be accepted. ​ If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours, including photos of the damage. We will arrange for the item to be returned and, upon inspection, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. Refunds are only available for faulty or damaged items received upon arrival and are subject to our inspection. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.   • What types of payment methods do you accept?

  • How do I use my Tg Christmas gift voucher?
    To use your Tg Christmas gift voucher, use the following steps: Once you have viewed the products in your cart and you are happy to continue with the purchase, click the 'Checkout' button, this will redirect you to the checkout page. On the bottom right hand side you will see 'Redeem a gift card", once you have entered in your voucher code click on the "Apply' button. You will see your total amount change and the discount amount.   • How do I apply my discount/ promotional code?
