If you wish to modify your order before it is dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible on 0419 835 158 or email us at admin@tgchristmas.com.au. Modifications are limited to exchanging items for products of equal or greater value. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled for a refund.

 

We accept returns for exchange due to a change of mind, provided items are returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, along with all packaging and labels. Return postage must be paid by the purchaser. Please note that all jewellery items are exempt from exchanges for hygiene reasons.

 

For non-faulty items, returns for exchange are accepted within 30 days of receipt and will be eligible for store credit only. All returns must be pre-approved, and unapproved returns will not be accepted.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours, including photos of the damage. We will arrange for the item to be returned and, upon inspection, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

 

Refunds are only available for faulty or damaged items received upon arrival and are subject to our inspection. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
